Educational Opportunities

Community of Hope offers many opportunities for children and adults to grow in knowledge, skill, and Christlikeness. Each small group provides opportunities to grow deeper in our knowledge of God’s Word, as well as closer to one another. God’s Word is alive and always speaks to the needs and opportunities that each day brings. When we can share God’s Word with one another, we experience God speaking in new ways.

All age activities, every week

• Sunday School - Sunday mornings, 9:15-10:15 am. Eight different classes are offered for children and youth, divided into their appropriate age categories. Three different classes are offered for adults, enabling everyone to pick the one that would be most beneficial.
• Church-family night - Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:30 pm.  Our Wednesday night program roughly follows the school calendar. Confirmation classes for middle-school youth meet every Wednesday at 6:00, providing a unique opportunity to grow together over the course of three years of study and fun activities. At 6:00, small groups form for various ages, with most adults meeting in cell groups in or near the church building. Link to Cell Group Page

Additional adult opportunities

• Young adults meet every Sunday afternoon. This group also regularly gathers for fellowship and other activities. For more information, contact the church.
• Cell groups meet at various times during the week, usually in homes, in order to experience Jesus’ presence and grow both in love for one another and for the community. Link to Cell Group page.
• The Alpha Course is perfect for those who are new to Christianity or new to Christian community, or for those who are interested in learning more about either. Link to Alpha Page.
• Via De Cristo is a citywide spiritual renewal weekend for men and women that meets every Fall. Space is limited, so early registration is always encouraged.
• Many seminars and other opportunities surface from month to month. See News link every week for additional information.
